Only the relevant question or answer content is sent to OpenAI for this purpose, not a student's full name, account details, or other identifying information.
AI-generated content is designed to support learning but should not replace tutor guidance or professional educational advice.
6. Website Analytics and Cookies
We do not currently use website analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising technology of any kind. Our website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (for example, keeping you logged in).
As BrightUp Learning grows, we may introduce basic analytics to understand and improve the platform, and may run marketing (such as Meta/Facebook advertising) to reach prospective parent customers. This marketing is intended to reach parents and guardians as prospective customers, and is never used to advertise to, or profile, children using our service.
7. Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the following trusted service providers, where necessary to operate our business:

- •OpenAI: AI-assisted marking and practice question generation (see Section 5)
